Maxwell Hardwood Flooring was established in 1992. Tommy Maxwell purchased the facility from the P.E. Barnes Lumber Company. The company started with 33 employees and one production line. Since that time the company has been committed to a continuous program of improvements in safety, quality, production and service. These are the foundation blocks of the Maxwell Hardwood Flooring philosophy which includes the development of customers, suppliers and employees. Presently, the company employees over 200 people and operates 3 production lines and is continuously growing and improving to meet the high demands of today's hardwood flooring market.

Tommy Maxwell began Maxwell Hardwood Flooring in 1992. With over 35 years of experience in the hardwood flooring industry, Tommy brings improved quality and dedication in all areas of the business.
