With 75 acres of land and an array of facilities including a million board foot pre-dryer, five dry kilns with the capacity to hold 600,000 Board Feet, and three production lines, Maxwell Hardwood Flooring is in a position to service it's customers.
Each piece of flooring is inspected by graders, nesters and packaging personnel during all finish stages of production.

At Maxwell Hardwood Flooring, there are four goals our team strives to achieve each day. These goals include Quality, Production, Safety and Service. To reach these goals we commit ourselves to an extensive training program. Everyone at Maxwell Hardwood is trained weekly. These training sessions include large classes such as NOFMA Grading Schools, or small one-on-one sessions with our Quality Control Team and extended management. Using both visual and hands-on training, we commit ourselves to making the best quality hardwood flooring in the nation while giving our customers the service they deserve.
